Jarji Akimidze
Jarji Akimidze was born in 1965 in Tbilisi.
In 1987 he graduated from the Tbilisi State University, Faculty of Georgian Philology.
During 1989-93 he was a teacher of Georgian language and literature at a public school.
In 1994 together with David Dvali and Erosi Kitsmarishvili he founded the broadcasting company Rustavi 2, which under their leadership shortly became the most popular television in Georgia.
During 1994-96 he was the general director of the company and during 1996-2003 was managing the activities of Rustavi 2 in several different directions.
In 2000, together with his partners he founded the telecommunication company “Georgia online”, which shortly became the leader on the internet market of Georgia.
In 2004 the company Rustavi 2 was forcefully and illegally taken away from its
founders by the Government of Georgia, thereby violating their basic right of property and the freedom of press. Jarji Akimidze continues the fight for the restoration of his rights.
Currently Jarji Akimidze owns several businesses in different areas of activity.
From 2008 he is involved in tourism business. Together with Anano Arabuli and David Dvali, Jarji Akimidze leads the development of infrastructure of the mountain tourist camp “Zeta”. In 2016 the camp “Zeta” was recognized as the best business of the year.
Jarji Akimidze is also the author of several screenplays. He lives with his wife and three children.

David Dvali
David Dvali was born in 1965 in Tbilisi.
In 1987 he graduated from the Tbilisi State University, Faculty of Chemistry, specializing in Physical Chemistry.
During 1987- 89 he attended postgraduate courses at the Physical Chemistry Institute.
During 1989 – 1994 he worked as a Research Scientist at the Institute of Geology of the Georgian Academy of Sciences.
In 1994 together with Jarji Akimidze and Erosi Kitsmarishvili he founded the broadcasting company Rustavi 2, which under their leadership shortly became the most popular television in Georgia.
During 1994-96 David Dvali acted as a technical director of the company and in the period of 1996-2000 as a general director of Rustavi 2.
In 2000, together with his partners he founded and led the telecommunication company “Georgia Online”, which shortly became the leader on the internet market of Georgia.
In 2004 the company Rustavi 2 was forcefully and illegally taken away from its
founders by the Government of Georgia, thereby violating their basic right of property and the freedom of press. David Dvali continues the fight for the restoration of his rights.
Currently, David Dvali owns several businesses in different areas of activity.
From 2014 he is actively involved in astrophotography, a totally innovative field for Georgia. By now, his work has gained a broad international recognition and has received several prizes world-wide.
Under the leadership of David Dvali the group “GeoAstro” was created. On top of excelling in the field of astrophotography, the goal of this group is the popularization of astronomy in Georgia. This is accomplished by giving the series of public lectures, organizing exhibitions as well as field trips for astrophotography and other activities.

Erosi Kitsmarishvili
Erosi Kitsmarishvili (1964- 2014)
He graduated from Tbilisi State Medical Institute, specializing in pediatric medicine.
At different times Erosi Kitsmarishvili worked as an intern at the children’s clinic of Rustavi, as a doctor of the ambulatory at regional center Oni and as the head of the healthcare department in Rustavi.
In 1994 together with Jarji Akimidze and David Dvali he founded the broadcasting company Rustavi 2, which under their leadership shortly became the most popular television in Georgia.
In 2000, together with his partners he founded the telecommunication company “Georgia Online”, which shortly became the leader on the internet market of Georgia.
In 2004 Erosi Kitsmarishvili became the president of Chamber of Commerce of Georgia. Soon after, he was appointed as Ambassador of trade to the UN, in New York, where he worked until 2007.
After 2007 he worked as a consultant at Public Broadcasting and in 2008 became the Ambassador of Georgia to the Russian Federation. He also was the chairman of the foundation “2020”.
